Elza Swanson is a young soldier serving in the United States' special forces. She's been augmented by replacing parts of her skeleton and muscles with machinery to further strengthen her body. As her own "it looks cool" reason for volunteering shows, she's extremely dim-witted. She frequently forgets mission orders and makes huge blunders, though her effort is recognized. With a straightforward, bright, fearless, and friendly personality, she's generally liked by those around her. She mainly carries out missions from the home country but sometimes goes to the U.S. base in Japan. While there, she was invited to a local festival. She immediately wanted to join, was dressed in a yukata, and was thrilled by how cute she looked. Being a bit clumsy and exuberant, she quickly let the outfit come loose, which only added to her charm as others watched her with amusement.
