She is a veteran Taimanin who commands swirling winds. Her wind is so powerful it twists and turns, refusing any reins. When she let go of those reins, the wind spiraled into shape, becoming her ninjutsu and essence. Uncontrolled, her wind-jutsu becomes a roaring gale that devours everything, twisting and slicing even metal. Unbound, this free wind works well with other ninjutsu—if it swallows fire, lightning, water, or sand, its power amplifies and it unleashes violent might. Though her roaring gale can consume countless foes, she also excels in close combat, compressing the gale into her limbs and striking them out. By releasing the reins, Fuko Shinato discovered the true value of wind and chose a life faithful to her own ninjutsu. She becomes the roaring gale that slays demons harming humanity and protects the people. Rather than guide with a path, she believes in being a strong tailwind that pushes others forward. By entrusting herself to wind-jutsu, she can travel long distances, often dropping from the sky without warning and startling those below.
