Rosalie Hill is a United States soldier. She serves in the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps as the deputy commander under Mirabel Bell, who leads a special forces unit. Originally assigned to rear-area administrative duties, she was selected for her aptitude as an XPS-11A bone-pilot and for her potential as an operations staff officer. Though she was once tall and slender, intensive training under Mirabel transformed her into a massive physique suited to a frontline soldier. Since discovering the joy of hard training, she prefers "meticulous, waste-free, stylish power pushes" in her battle plans, a philosophy that meshes perfectly with the special unit's characteristics and drives its continued advancement.
