He is a major in the Space Federation Army and captain of the personnel-transport battleship Jasant. However, his secret identity is a covert operative for Neo-Terrors, carrying out illegal missions such as assassination and sabotage. Though he cares about his own advancement, he has no political obsession; he prefers the realistic, human-like corruption of Neo-Terrors over the hypocritical rhetoric of the New Soul faction. His interest lies in the Memory Plant brain-washing technology, believing it could further his rise. He is also fascinated by the god-defying act of artificially creating entirely new personalities. In the past he was imprisoned after a failed mission involving Lieri and Naomi, and after his release he changed his appearance and has been climbing the ranks driven by a single purpose: revenge against them.
