She is a Taimanin directly under a government agency. As the granddaughter of Momota Toube, who led the elder council that once headed the old Iga family, she was taken in by the Ministry of Internal Affairs after the council's defeat and Toube's exile, becoming the captain of the rapid-response unit and primarily handling protection of high-ranking officials. She's an old acquaintance of Asagi, but because they must watch each other's subordinates and supporters, they can't appear friendly on the surface. Her 82-year-old grandfather Momota Toube, despite being an elderly Taimanin, insists on remaining active for life, which worries her. She wields the cursed eye "Kaiken" that summons a towering blue-flamed tree; the tree's heat strengthens her body while weakening all other creatures. She can also manifest a shape-shifting blue flame sword with the cursed eye. Though the cursed eye is constantly active, she controls it with special sunglasses. Moreover, when she drags an opponent into the world where the great tree stands, even the toughest armor or immortality-like abilities are ignored, guaranteeing her attacks land. However, once activated, the cursed eye's power is unavailable for a while, recovering only after plenty of sleep, heavy drinking, or overeating.
