She is a Taimanin who wields Lightning Style and has been entrusted as the dorm supervisor at Gosha Academy. Born into a butler family, she abandoned her name for vengeance and has roamed the underworld as an assassin and bodyguard. In the incident that forced her to discard her name, Riri lost both hands. Though she was a Lightning-style user, she could not release lightning and was nicknamed "the dragon that won't rise," but after that event the lightning began leaking from her body. After mechanizing her hands, she combined Lightning Style with Iaijutsu using a sheath that functions as an amplifier, gaining a crimson-lightning slash capable of shattering even a building with a single strike. Her power isn't just raw destruction; once she latches onto an opponent, the red lightning clings persistently and tears the flesh apart, earning her the fearsome moniker "Red Dragon" in the underworld. She was appointed dorm supervisor because her managerial skill from her butler lineage and the formidable prowess honed as a wandering assassin make her well-suited to oversee the eccentric residents. Aside from an extreme weakness toward anyone who reminds her of her past, she is the perfect candidate.
