She is a retired Taimanin. She runs Inage-ya as an elderly shopkeeper and is a master ice-cream maker. She was renowned as the Taimanin's foremost jōjutsu user, and there's even an urban legend that she still goes on missions night after night. Her policy is to keep Inage-ya open every day, and she shows no mercy to anyone who gets in her way. In summer she sometimes stands in the shop wearing a yukata. Her cool appearance is said to make the ice cream taste even better.
