She serves as a Taimanin butler for Fuuma Kotaro. She is the illegitimate older sister of the protagonist, born to Kotaro's father Danjo and a concubine, making her a half-sibling of the protagonist. Shortly after birth she was placed with the family of butlers who have served the Fuuma line for generations, becoming an adopted daughter and ever-present shadow supporting the Fuuma household. She calls the protagonist "Lord." She possesses high close-combat ability and is praised as the Fuuma clan's finest kunai user. She also inherited the clan's hallmark—her evil eye. When she closes her eyes, her "Thousand-Mile Eye" activates, detaching her vision and allowing her to infiltrate any location at will. With this detached sight she can read information from books, computers, or any data terminal she touches. As a member of Gosha's Taimanin and as the Fuuma family's butler, the mission entrusted to her is both grave and massive. Yet Tokiko has never once regarded it as a burden, because as a butler and Taimanin, fighting for the protagonist is her pride and joy.
