She is a Taimanin attached to the US DSO (Defense Science Office). She uses the ninja art Wind God Technique. With android arms and legs, she buries enemies, earning the fearsome nickname "Steel Reaper." As the sole survivor and young head of the noble Koukawa clan, she had her entire family—including her parents—killed by Edwin Black (later revealed to be the work of the Corpse Lord) and was raised by Asagi. She now works on missions under the masked Madame. A new Taimanin suit was created for Asuka through a joint effort between DSO and Gosha. It incorporates DSO technology with Gosha's wind-style research to reduce air resistance and maximize wind power. Prototype battle-type weaponry was also updated and integrated for more stable operation.
