She is a former executive of the Fuuma Hachishin, specifically from the Ichikaku-Nishasha household. She survived the defeat of the Nishasha ninja forces in the Tokyo Kingdom and fled with Gaku Shonosuke. Later, she formed the "Sazare Traveling Party" in the abandoned city of Amidahara and became its vice-leader. The Onigumo family has long been known for their mastery of the "Kemono Tonko" technique, with each successive leader inheriting the name "Saburo". She is the 18th Saburo, and her "Kemono Tonko" technique is also known as "Kemonotsukai", which allows her to control the giant Onigumo, Daigoro. However, she lost Daigoro during the battle against the Corpse Lord's forces in the Tokyo Kingdom, and in her despair and anger, she discovered a new power. This dark power, akin to the shadow of the Onigumo user, will lead her down a certain path.
