She is a time-jumping Taimanin and a former colleague of the young Asagi. She is a quarter demon, carrying the blood of the extinct special demon tribe known as the Time Demons. The Time Demons were a race that could freely move through time, similar to a Brain Flayer. Raiki's power sometimes manifests on its own, causing involuntary time-leaps. In fact, she was born in the Muromachi period and has repeatedly leapt through past and future since then. She is a practitioner of the spirit-vanishing technique "Soul Release," projecting a spirit form from her body to attack souls directly—a flawless assassination that kills without injury. Because the ability was once abused by a ruler of time, she prefers not to rely on ninjutsu.
