She is a Taimanin student at Gosha Academy, the current head of the Fuuma family and the leader of the Fuuma clan's ruling group, the "Fuuma Eight Generals". "Kotaro" is not her real name, but a name that has been passed down through the generations of heads. Although she is from the main Fuuma family line, which is known for producing evil eye users, she was born with her right eye closed and has not awakened to the power of the evil eye. For this reason, some people have ridiculed her as the "unqualified head with one eye closed". Her father, Fuuma Danjo, did not agree with the government and clashed with others, leading a rebellion in Gosha that ultimately ended in his death at the hands of young Asagi and Oboro. At the time, the protagonist, who was still a young child, was raised by his older sister, Fuuma Tokiko, who had also become the guardian of the Fuuma family. Tokiko aims to revive the Fuuma family by supporting the new head, the protagonist, but the protagonist himself is carefree and lives life on his own terms. He is afraid of upsetting Tokiko, who manages the family's assets and is both his older sister and his guardian. His hobby is reading old books that are stored at Gosha Academy, and he often skips class to read in his favorite spot.
