They are a former Taimanin. Their name is Library. They were a distant relative of the Fuuma clan and served as an aide to Fuuma Danjo, the father of Fuuma Kotaro. Although they met Fuuma Kotaro, he was too young to remember. After Fuuma Danjo was defeated by Gosha, Library defected to the US and had their body cybernetically enhanced. They vowed to revive the Fuuma clan and avenge Fuuma Danjo, and fought with the special agency G. However, when they received news of their daughter's death, who they had left behind in Gosha, something inside them changed. As everything became meaningless, they eventually decided to leave the agency. But the cybernetic technology implanted in Library was a highly classified military secret, and they were not allowed to leave. In fact, their attempt to leave made them a target, and they were in danger of being eliminated. They decided to escape from the agency and fled to the underground city of Yomiha. They lived in hiding for a long time, but for some reason, they sought protection from the Japanese government. A rescue team was dispatched, but during the rescue, Library was shot and killed - or so it seemed. In reality, it was a ploy by Asagi to deceive the US, the Japanese government, and the people of Gosha who hated Library. Thus, Library was reborn as the cyborg Taimanin "Library" developed by Gosha, in order to support their new master, Fuuma Kotaro.
