She is the revived form of Tekkain Bantetsu, who has been reborn into a new body after her previous one had perished. Four years ago, she was defeated by Fuuma Amane and was thought to have died, but she was able to revive herself with the help of a secret alliance with the Internal Affairs. Since her original body had already decayed, a new cyborg body was created using the body of Miranda Closet, the daughter of a mafia boss, and her brain was transplanted into it. As a result of the modifications made after her death, 98% of Miranda's body has been cybernetically enhanced, and various metal weapons that can be used with Tekkain Bantetsu's evil eye, "Tenjin Mara", have been installed throughout her body.
