He is a distant relative of Fuuma Kotaro and Nisha Gaiza, and a user of the evil eye. He was once an executive of the Fuuma Hachishin, supporting the Ichimon and Nimono families, but now he leads an independent force, ruling over a corner of the underworld as a gangster, primarily running a casino. His evil eye is called the "Golden Cyclops," and it grants him the ability to manipulate metal. When he activates his evil eye, his right eye shines gold, and a symbol appears on his forehead. The power of his evil eye causes multiple kunai to float around him, allowing him to attack and defend with ease, and even making metal attacks pass through his body. He wields a revolver called "Gold Power" that fires special bullets.
